Person. John's programs have helped many aspiring traders become full time traders by implementing his day trading techniques and utilizing longer term trading strategies outlined in his weekly newsletter, “The Bottom Line”.

Candles and Pivots University is a curriculum-based and hands-on teaching program that enables the student to learn to trade at their own pace with the guidance and support of professional traders.

Students can commence their education by attending one of John's two-day seminars and begin live or demo trading immediately under the guidance of the chief instructor, Butch Headding. Utilizing real-time charts in the Trading Room, Butch will guide the student to recognize trade triggers for proper entry, select proper stop placement, and discuss various exit strategies throughout the duration of the trade.

Candles and Pivots University also provides weekly web-based education programs for beginning and advanced traders. The curriculum includes basic technical trading techniques to advanced theories and applications.

Private continuing education opportunities are available through the Mentorship Program. The Mentorship Program provides one-on-one instruction based on the specific needs of the trader.

The research section of the Candles and Pivots website includes a glossary of terms for both the Forex and Futures market, a snapshot of technical trading tools with trading tips, as well as sample trades with commentary for review.
